Immaculate Heart of Mary hospital Kilimambogo is a non-profit Catholic Church Mission health facility in Thika East Sub-county of Kiambu County, about 65 kilometers by road North of Nairobi, Kenyan capital city. The hospital offers holistic quality health care to local and bordering communities at very affordable cost and has both outpatient and inpatient facilities.

The facility has a well equipped theatre, and offers digital x-ray services, Laboratory services, Maternal and Child health clinics as well as comprehensive care clinics for PLWHIV. Periodically the hospital offers free medical camps. People living with chronic illnesses namely diabetes and hypertension have their support group. Health education on prevention, curative and promotion are offered.
